Podcast & Content Marketing Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

Punch Capital is a venture firm backing top immigrant founders before they break out—like the visionaries behind SpaceX and Google. Our podcast, Punchcast, features world-class founders and investors sharing insights on building the future.

What We Need:
We’re looking for a reliable, self-driven marketing assistant to help manage and grow Punchcast. No need to be a visionary—just someone who executes well, takes initiative, and delivers polished work without hand-holding.

Responsibilities:

• Podcast Editing – Trim boring parts, remove filler words (umms, ahhs), and ensure clean, engaging audio/video.
• Publishing – Upload episodes to YouTube & Spotify.
• Short-Form Content – Create 30-sec to 2-min clips for LinkedIn.
• Guest Invites – Design sharp, personalized images for upcoming guests.
• Bonus: If you can also handle basic VC content posts—tweets, LinkedIn updates, etc., let us know!)

Requirements:

• Experience with basic video/audio editing (Zoom, Adobe Premiere, Descript, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail—boring, unpolished content won’t cut it
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines without reminders
• Good English skills for captions/titles (no need for writing long-form content)


• Remote: Open to Filipino talent preferred.
• 20 Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule (likely ~20 hours/month).
