Company Overview: Our digital marketing agency, specializing in social media management and Facebook Ads for real estate and travel agencies, is on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Assistant / Online Business Manager. This role is crucial for someone who can take strategic visions and turn them into actionable realities.

Position Summary: As the visionary of the company, I am seeking an integrator who can meticulously implement and manage day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can translate big-picture ideas into organized, systematic actions, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement graphic design tasks for Facebook campaigns and marketing efforts as directed, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Set up and manage email marketing sequences, following detailed plans to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
Assist with the coordination of marketing strategies, helping to ensure that all parts of the campaigns align with the agency’s vision.
Act as a personal assistant to the founder, handling scheduling, communications, and other crucial administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize sales and customer data to support effective business operations.
Help refine and manage systems and processes to improve efficiency and achieve marketing objectives.

Hours: This position requires 30 hours per week, with a need to be available online from 7 AM to 10 PM AWST.

Growth and Compensation:

The starting salary is AUD $10 per hour, with potential for increases based on performance.
As the agency grows, there are significant opportunities for role advancement and further specialization.

Requirements:

Access to a computer, stable internet, email, Whatsapp, and Zoom.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and translating visionary ideas into practical implementations.
Eager to take on the role of an integrator, supporting both the visionary and the company’s strategic goals.

A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly in the real estate and travel sectors.
