We’re currently in search of a veteran marketing assistant or strategist to help us coordinate our design, content marketing, PPC, and marketing automation/HubSpot resources and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. We have demanding quality standards, but for the right applicant, this position should be challenging but very rewarding. You'll find yourself surrounded by some incredible remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, both within the Philippines and abroad.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
=====

- 35-40 hours per week; flexible working hours

- Prompt communication.
- A dependable computer, power connection, and high-speed internet + backup hotspot.
- A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Comfort using Gsuite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to accept payroll via Wise (formerly "TransferWise").
- Willingness to log hours using a time tracker, such as Hubstaff.

REQUIRED SKILLS/TRAITS
=====

- Most importantly: Honesty, and a commitment to candid communication — even when it’s hard.
- Strong logical faculties.
- Written English fluency.
- Strong organizational skills & time management abilities.
- An interest in learning and getting better in all aspects of life; not just professionally.
- Extensive CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred)

DESIRED SKILLS

- HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and/or Sales Hub admin experience
- Design experience (Adobe Suite, Figma)
- Content writing/editing experience
- Demonstrate project management abilities, including coordinating marketing resources across multiple expertise such as marketing automation, web development, CRM infrastructure, and PPC platforms such as Google Ads/LinkedIn/Meta
- Social media strategy is a bonus, but not required
