Marketing Coordinator Position (10-15 hours per week, only work Tuesday-Thursday)

SAW Growth Marketing Upgrade to see actual info/ is seeking a part-time marketing assistant to help with marketing and brand building. We are an awesome, up and coming marketing consulting company based in Austin, Texas. We only work with health and wellness brands, so ideally you are passionate about health and wellness! We are growing fast and starting to work with some of the biggest US brands in health and wellness from startups to brands doing millions of dollars in revenue per year. In this role, you will be working directly with the CEO and Founder. The opportunity to learn and grow will be huge, as well as the potential to make a lot of money if you end up working for the company for 2 years or more. If we win, we want you to win, and for the right candidate this role could be for 5 years or longer.

You MUST have experience working with US companies for AT LEAST 2 years. If you do not, you will not be considered for the position.

You should have experience with assisting marketing executives in organization, email, scheduling, social media and influencer outreach, note taking, research, making docs and spreadsheets, organizing content assets, content calendars and, if you are good, helping design and edit images and videos for our brand’s social media. You may also be expected to help with tasks like making simple content in Canva or Google docs, helping plan and coordinate social content and learning email marketing and scheduling.

The ideal candidate is HIGHLY ORGANIZED, VERY RESPONSIVE, TRUSTWORTHY and COMMUNICATIVE (I understand life changes sometimes and you can't make a meeting or deadline, but you NEED to communicate that so we can plan accordingly and TRUST you). You should also have a willingness to learn, a desire to get the job done right and a tendency to think ahead so that you create less work for everyone. For example, if you have an idea for a hook of a new social media video you are editing, you go ahead and make both hooks, showing both options. Or if you have a great idea for the headline of a brand email, do what was asked and also present your idea as a second option.

Pay will be made once per week via Wise. You will start at $7/hr for the first two weeks and if that goes well you will be bumped up to $8/hr. From there, every 6 months you will be given a $1/hr raise as follows:
First 2 Week Trial - $7/hr
First 6 Months - $8/hr
6 Months - $9/hr
12 Months - $10/hr
18 Months - $11/hr
24 Months - $12/hr
30 Months - $13/hr
36 Months - $14/hr
