Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant to support our client’s online education brand. You will assist with tasks including website and post design, video editing, social media content creation, and more. If you’re a fast learner with a strong eye for design and enjoy creating visually engaging content, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
• Design & Content Creation:
o Create and edit high-quality content for social media platforms, websites, and videos.
o Design and optimize social media posts, website elements, and other digital assets.
• Website Design:
o Contribute to website design and layout, ensuring a cohesive, user-friendly experience.
o Use tools like Canva and Clickfunnels to design visually appealing web pages and content.
• Video Editing:
o Edit and produce videos for educational and promotional content.
o Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
• Project Management:
o Manage and prioritize design projects to meet deadlines.
o Ensure consistent design quality and brand messaging across all platforms.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the team to brainstorm, execute, and optimize creative ideas.

Qualifications
• Experience:
o Demonstrated experience with website design, social media content creation, and video editing.
• Design Tools Proficiency:
o Proficient in Canva, Clickfunnels and other video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Organizational Skills:
o Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
o Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Communication:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable collaborating with a remote team.

Working Hours:
• Part-Time
• 20 hours per week
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM SG time
