Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
Website Management & Development:
Manage and replicate landing pages using AI tools, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Copy existing pages, update with AI-generated copy and images, and implement changes effectively.
Ensure a seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly customer experience.
Optimize page layouts, verify buttons and UTM parameters, and ensure functionality across devices.
Assist with product catalog updates and basic Shopify/eCommerce platform tasks.
Project & Task Coordination:
Act as an accountability partner to keep the founder on track with deadlines and project timelines.
Assist in task delegation to internal tea
Ensure timely delivery of concepts, edits, and feedback for marketing initiatives.
Support ad-hoc execution tasks, including organizing content and managing files.
Content & Video Management:
Upload and optimize video content for organic channels (e.g., YouTube).
Add title cards, hashtags, and compelling descriptions for better visibility.
Organize and archive creative assets for easy access.
Competitor & Market Research:
Conduct competitor research, gathering insights into top-performing brands.
Compile findings into easy-to-digest formats (Google Slides, Figma, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends and marketing strategies.
AI & Creative Tools:
Leverage AI tools for image creation and website development (training provided as needed).
Recreate and refine images in Canva, adding captions and basic design elements.
Understand layout, composition, and marketing principles behind visual assets (no design experience required).
