Management and organization of
Responsibilities:
Project Management Assistance: Keep our internal projects moving forward by tracking deadlines, reviewing tasks, and ensuring team alignment. Keeping projects clean and organized in Trello.
Social Media Scheduling and Engagement: Schedule posts using SEMrush, engage with audiences, and create a consistent, engaging social media presence for clients.
AI Tools and Automation: Develop and refine AI prompts, provide trainings on AI tools, and identify automation opportunities that enhance our agency's and clients' operations.
Email
Calendar and Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and send prep reminders for demos, etc.
New Client Setup: Create and organize new client boards in Trello.
Monthly Reporting Assistance: Help pull data and add to monthly report presentations including Google Analytics, SEO, and social engagement metrics.
Sales and CRM Support: Keep the sales pipeline updated, follow up with leads, and identify partnership opportunities. Help with
LinkedIn Engagement: Foster relationships by engaging with the Director’s network on LinkedIn, supporting outreach efforts, and amplifying our brand presence.

Preferred Skills:
