JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, specifically in podcast management, content promotion, client outreach, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of marketing projects that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Note that you will not be doing all these responsibilities alone, instead you will be working with a team consisting of another marketing assistant and the marketing lead.

Responsibilities:
1. Podcast and Webinar Relaunch & Management
Audit & Organize Podcast/Webinar Content: Review past episodes, identify gaps, and build a content library.
Create a Consistent Workflow: Develop production schedules, checklists, and guest coordination processes.
Coordinate Episodes: Schedule recordings, prepare guest materials, and handle logistics.
Content Creation: Write episode outlines, engaging titles, and descriptions.
Editing & Production Oversight: Work with the editor to ensure high-quality output.
Promotion: Develop marketing plans for each episode, create social media posts, and share highlights.
Track Performance Metrics: Set up and analyze podcast analytics to optimize content.

2. Marketing & Content Promotion
Video Content Plan: Develop a list of video topics for brand awareness and lead generation.
Social Media Campaigns: Create Instagram and TikTok campaigns to engage target audiences.
Speaking Opportunities: Research and pitch relevant podcasts, industry events, and webinars for company leadership.
Client Outreach: Develop a strategy to reconnect with former clients and upsell services.
Affiliate Promotions: Plan and execute affiliate campaigns for product launches.

3. Advertising & Lead Generation
Run Ads: Work with the PPC team to transition ad management and optimize campaigns.

Email
Marketing: Promote coaching sessions, mastermind programs, and free course launches.
Client Communication: Announce new initiatives via newsletters and direct outreach.
Engage Audience: Respond to comments and questions on social media and email.

4. Other Responsibilities
YouTube Coordination: Optimize live streaming for webinars and podcast episodes.
Newsletter Optimization: Help build and optimize the company newsletter being sent to all subscribers.
Content Repurposing: Transform podcast content into blog posts, social media snippets, and email updates.
Weekly Check-ins: Provide regular updates to the team on progress, challenges, and priorities.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of podcast production, editing tools, or analytics is a plus.
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
