We’re looking for an analytics expert who thrives on data, understands e-commerce growth levers, and can help optimize our website, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns for maximum revenue impact.

About this role:
- Remote position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (1-hour lunch break). GMT+8 time.
- Must work independently and follow instructions when required.
- Fast-paced environment; strong multitasking and project prioritization skills needed.
- Stable internet and reliable laptop required.

???? What You’ll Do:
- Own all analytics & reporting across our website, Klaviyo email flows, and paid social media campaigns.
- Track & improve conversion rates, AOV, and repeat purchases to drive profitable growth.
- Optimize email automation (Klaviyo) based on performance insights and best e-commerce practices.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to the marketing & creative teams to refine content & campaigns.
- Identify & fix bottlenecks in the customer journey—from landing page performance to abandoned cart flows.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Own E-Commerce & Marketing Analytics – Track, analyze, and report on all key metrics across Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and paid ads.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Find and fix website friction points to improve purchase behavior.
- Optimize Klaviyo Email Marketing – Set up, test, and refine flows & campaigns based on performance data.
- Paid Social & Organic Performance Tracking – Help the team understand what’s working & what’s not on TikTok, IG, and Meta Ads.
- Campaign Performance Deep Dives – After every product launch or campaign, analyze results and provide clear, actionable insights for improvement.
- Run A/B Tests – From subject lines to checkout pages, test what moves the needle for higher conversions.
- Build Data Dashboards – Make performance tracking easy & digestible for non-data teams (marketing, creative, leadership).

What We’re Looking For
- E-Commerce Analytics Wizard – You live & breathe GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Klaviyo.
- Data-Driven & Growth-Focused – You know how to turn numbers into actionable strategies.
- Strong Understanding of Conversion Funnels & CRO – You’ve optimized e-commerce sites before and know how to reduce friction & drive revenue.
- Experience with Klaviyo & Email Automation – You understand email segmentation, flows, and retention strategies.
- Fluent in Performance Marketing Metrics – You know ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and CTR like the back of your hand.
- Proactive & Strategic Thinker – You won’t just report numbers; you’ll suggest improvements that move the business forward.
