We are seeking a Marketing Analytics & Ads Virtual Assistant to help us track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive growth.

This is a data-driven role requiring someone who can dive into marketing metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve our marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and webinars.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Analytics & Ads Virtual Assistant will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing our marketing efforts to improve ad performance, webinar engagement, and content effectiveness. You will be expected to work closely with the marketing team to improve our funnels, increase conversions, and provide data-backed recommendations for our content and ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing performance metrics across all platforms, including social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and webinar funnels.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Provide actionable insights on how to improve content performance based on analytics and audience engagement data.
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Assist in scaling 1-to-many webinar campaigns by improving ad targeting, landing page performance, and email sequences.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, email subject lines, landing pages, and webinar registration pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve funnels and increase conversions for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, including recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in setting up and managing tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM reporting dashboards.
Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years experience in a data-driven marketing role, with a focus on analytics, ads, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and 1-to-many webinar campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for improving marketing performance.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and how to track and improve them.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analytics and content optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and retargeting strategies.
