Marketing Analyst Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our growing team!

You will get a chance to work directly with our CEO as well as directly with our clients.

You’re a great fit for this role if you’re a technical marketing generalist who understands paid ads and email marketing.

We are looking for someone who has unquestionable character, learns fast, and can figure things out in any situation.This a full time opportunity.

Need to have qualifications:
- 2+ years managing email marketing campaigns and strategy
- 2+ years managing Google Ads
- 2+ year managing Meta Ads
- Ability to interpret campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 9AM-5PM EST

Nice to have qualifications:
- Account management or client facing experience
- Experience directly managing a marketing team
- Experience managing CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce

Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and manage a team of RGPs who specialize in paid ads, email marketing, and marketing operations
- Oversee communication with clients, proactively asking for feedback and making sure they are happy with their RGPs
- With each RGP, you’ll assist in the following areas:
- Paid Ads: strategy, analytics, insights, ICP research, persona building, keyword research, ads budgeting
- Email Marketing: manage the CRM, setting up list segmentation, workflows, sequences, reporting, building CRM dashboards
- Marketing Analyst: Setting up Google Tag Manager, reports in Goole Analytics, Looker, and PowerBI
