About Us:
Tree Traction is a fast-growing marketing agency helping tree service companies scale through lead generation and automation. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency, oversee hiring, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth business operations.

This is a high-level role. We need a proactive, process-driven leader with at least 5+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Automate workflows & improve systems (Airtable, HighLevel, Google Sheets).
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and team accountability.
- Develop KPI dashboards & track business performance.
- Implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to drive efficiency.
