JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:

The ManyChat and Sales Funnel Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing chatbot sequences using ManyChat, as well as creating high-converting sales funnels tailored to our products and services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

ManyChat Management:

Design, build, and optimize chatbot flows using ManyChat to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
Integrate ManyChat with various platforms, including Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other CRM tools.
Monitor chatbot performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
Maintain compliance with platform policies and ensure proper user opt-ins.

Sales Funnel Development:

Develop, implement, and manage sales funnels that guide leads through the customer journey, from awareness to purchase.
Create landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, and upsell/downsell offers.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize funnel components for maximum ROI.
Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align chatbot and funnel strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics and performance data.
Stay updated on industry trends and new features in ManyChat and funnel-building tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with ManyChat and creating chatbots that drive results.
Strong background in building and optimizing sales funnels.
Proficiency in funnel-building platforms like ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra, or similar.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft compelling messages that convert.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience in digital marketing, including paid ads and organic growth strategies, is a plus.
