Job Title: Experienced Credit Repair Specialist – Phone Dialing & Data Entry (U.S. & Canada)
Job Description:
Are you a credit repair professional with experience in phone dialing and data entry for U.S. and Canadian credit systems? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role focuses on directly contacting credit bureaus and regulatory bodies to address disputes and manage data entry with precision.
Responsibilities:
• Perform direct phone calls to credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) and regulatory bodies (CFPB for U.S., OPC for Canada) to manage disputes.
• Execute data entry tasks on platforms such as:

• FTC website (U.S.)
• OPC website (Canada).
• Handle arbitration processes with JAMS to address bureau violations, including instances of stalling or circumventing legal obligations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in Google Drive folders.
• Organize tasks and manage workflows using Trello boards.
• Complete detailed work on 1-3 profiles per day.
Hours of Operation:
This role requires availability during the following hours to align with credit bureaus and regulatory bodies:
• TransUnion: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. EST
• Equifax: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
• Experian: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
• CFPB: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST
• OPC (Canada): Hours as applicable.
Shifts:
Applicants must be available for one of the following shifts:
• Shift 1: 6:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. CST
• Shift 2: 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST
Compensation:
• Base Pay: $70 - $100 weekly.
• Incentives:
• $10 per increased sweep.
• $20 per full credit report sweep (completed credit report).
• Earning Potential: Up to $200 per week, based on performance and completed profiles.
• Additional Perks:
• Base pay eligibility even during weeks with partial task completion.
• Paid time off.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in credit repair, with a strong focus on phone dialing and data entry.
• Experience working with U.S. (CFPB, FTC) and Canadian regulatory bodies (OPC) for dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with JAMS arbitration procedures to address credit bureau violations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Access to a phone for making calls and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Availability for Shift 1 or Shift 2 as listed above.

Training:
While prior experience is required, training will be provided on:
• The dispute script for managing negative items such as collections, bankruptcies, and late payments.
• Workflow organization using Trello boards and Google Drive.
