About Us
We are Apex Estimators, an insurance supplement company that partners with roofing contractors to maximize their insurance claims. Our process involves reviewing roof photos, analyzing original estimates, and creating detailed supplements that ensure all necessary items for rebuilding are included.

Role & Responsibilities
We need someone to manage and optimize our CRM (Upgrade to see actual info) and ensure seamless system automation. Your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and maintaining automations within Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and Upgrade to see actual info
Troubleshooting automation failures and proactively implementing solutions
Improving workflow efficiency by optimizing existing automations and creating new ones when needed
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Skills
Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to analyze workflows and suggest improvements
Experience with webhooks and API integrations is a plus
Detail-oriented and proactive in preventing system disruptions

Position Details:
Part-time role (flexible hours)
Preferred availability: 12 PM – 4 PM Eastern Time
