Machine Learning/AI Developer

We are seeking a Machine Learning/AI Developer to join our team and help us build the next generation of intelligent inventory solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to enhance our inventory management system with predictive analytics, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, engineers, and product managers) to integrate machine learning capabilities into both the backend and mobile platforms.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, optimize inventory management, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain data pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong experience in machine learning, AI development, and data science, including expertise in algorithms, model selection, training, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with solid knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google AI, Azure Machine Learning).
- Familiarity with deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into machine learning solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience:
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI development, or data science in a professional setting.
- Alternative: Open to candidates with a strong technical background and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of AI and machine learning.
