Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled M365 Expert, Cloud Engineer, Systems and Network Admin, and BI and Reporting Specialist. This role involves setting up and managing SharePoint, enhancing security and sharing protocols, and providing robust BI and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Setup and Management:
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites for optimal performance.
- Develop and implement policies for data sharing and security within SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.

Cloud Engineering:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud systems.
- Implement and manage cloud security protocols.

Systems and Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and server environments.
- Ensure the integrity and availability of network resources.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

BI and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions.
- Create and manage data reporting tools and dashboards.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.
- Expertise in systems and network administration.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or relevant IT fields.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of IT security practices and protocols.
