We're looking for a problem-solving powerhouse who can architect and build no-code/low-code solutions that make businesses run better. This isn't about writing perfect code – it's about being clever enough to know when to code and when to leverage existing tools to solve real business problems fast.

What You'll Actually Do

- Design and implement automation workflows using Make.com and AirTable that actually work
- Build AI-powered solutions that reduce manual tasks (not just fancy demos)
- Create dashboards that tell the real story of what's happening in our clients' businesses
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa)
- Help maintain and improve our internal systems

Required Capabilities

- Proven ability to solve complex problems (we test for this)
- Strong pattern recognition skills (yes, we test for this too)
- Experience with modern LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) beyond just prompting
- Hands-on experience with Make.com and AirTable
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automated workflows

Nice-to-Haves

- Python experience (especially automation scripts)
- JavaScript/JSON knowledge
- PostgreSQL/Supabase experience
- Experience with AI copilot builders (Replit, Vercel, Bolt, Lovable.dev)
- Client communication experience
- Dashboard building experience
