About Blinkie Pets

Blinkie Pets is a fast-growing pet lifestyle brand in the Philippines, loved by fur parents who want their pets to smell amazing and feel special with our luxury-inspired pet colognes and shampoos.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant who will take ownership of our Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada sales channels while helping us grow through affiliate marketing, social media, and digital ads.

This is NOT a “just-follow-instructions” VA job. We need someone who thinks like an entrepreneur, tracks performance, and constantly finds ways to improve.

What You’ll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)

Marketing & Sales Growth (40%)

? Grow Blinkie Pets’ TikTok Shop Affiliate Program (find pet influencers, onboard them, track sales)

? Manage & optimize Shopee & Lazada listings (SEO, images, pricing updates)

? Assist in running Facebook Ads (set up audiences, monitor performance, suggest adjustments)

? Create & schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using Canva

? Engage with followers & potential customers through comments & messages

Customer Engagement & Brand Growth (40%)

? Respond to customer inquiries (DMs, comments, emails) within 3 hours

? Monitor customer reviews & testimonials, ensuring positive engagement

? Collaborate with influencers & pet lovers to generate User-Generated Content (UGC)

? Think like a Blinkie Pets brand ambassador: how can we make fur parents fall in love with our brand?

Performance Tracking & Reporting (10%)

? Update daily & weekly sales reports (Google Sheets & Notion)

? Track the performance of TikTok Shop affiliates (who brings in the most sales?)

? Analyze social media & ad performance, identifying what’s working and what needs improvement

? Recommend new strategies to grow sales, customer loyalty, and brand awareness

E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment (10%)

? Assist with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop & Lazada store health

? Handle customer inquiries about orders, delivery, or product concerns

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate)

?? Passionate about e-commerce, marketing & pets!

?? Detail-oriented & loves tracking sales & campaign performance

?? A self-starter: can work independently & problem-solve

?? Experience with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada

?? Knows Canva & CapCut (for simple content creation)

?? Bonus: Experience with Facebook Ads, influencer marketing, or community growth
