Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. We are a credit repair company with over 6 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients improve their financial standing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly. Your primary duties will include calling and texting clients to collect payments, updating them with results, and providing exceptional customer service.
We currently have a team of 17 employees, 11 of whom are based in the Philippines, and we are looking to expand our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone and text to collect payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide clients with timely updates regarding their results and account status.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or collections preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
