JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a highly organized Virtual Assistant with a talent for accounting, spreadsheets, and turning chaos into order? If you're someone who thrives on creating systems, loves diving into numbers, and enjoys tackling administrative tasks, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

I’m looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to help manage the backend of my business. You’ll be my go-to for accounting, organizing, and day-to-day operations, giving me the freedom to focus on growing the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Accounting Management: Track and organize bookkeeping, expenses, and financial records accurately.
Spreadsheet Expertise: Create, maintain, and improve data organization systems using spreadsheets.

Email
& Calendar Management: Keep my inbox under control and my schedule running smoothly.
Data Entry: Input and organize data efficiently with attention to detail.
Platform Management: Support operations on platforms like Circle and Stripe.
SaaS Tool Management: Learn and use tools like Notion and email CRMs to streamline workflows (proficiency in Notion is a bonus!).
General Admin Tasks: Assist with travel bookings, online purchases, and other ad-hoc tasks.

What I’m Looking For:

Strong skills in accounting and bookkeeping—this is the top priority.
A love for spreadsheets and turning data into actionable systems.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to chaos.
Proactive communication and a strong sense of accountability.
The ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Attention to detail and high standards for your work.
Flexibility to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
30-40 hours per week


Flexible work schedule in a timezone close to mine (I'm located in Thailand).

Competitive pay: Depending on experience and skill level with lots of room for advancement in responsibilities and pay.
Start part-time during a trial period, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance. But part-time could also work with an efficient assistant.
