Looking for a Real Estate Comper!

We are looking for a sharp, fast-thinking Real Estate Comper to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for quickly and accurately valuing vacant land, identifying potential uses, and relaying key insights to our team. Your work will directly influence deal decisions, so speed and precision are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate vacant land based on set parameters to determine market value.
Think creatively about land use opportunities (e.g., subdividing, seller financing potential).
Communicate hot leads and relevant property insights to the team in real time.
Stay organized and manage a consistent flow of property evaluations.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in real estate (wholesaling, agent work, or similar roles).
Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for quick decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to update the team promptly.
Highly organized and dependable, ready to take on a high workload.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm MST. Potential weekend work as needed.
