Looking for a Content Creation Specialist (Long-Term Position)

We’re looking for a full-time Content Creation Specialist who can help us expand our site, FamilyDestinationsGuide.com.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a site that's about the thing you love most - travel!

Your goal will be to create viral-worthy headlines and source topics that our readers love to share.

You’ll be responsible for a variety of duties, such as generating attention-grabbing headlines, sourcing topics for articles, and sourcing featured images for articles.

For this, we need someone who is creative and a self-motivated independent thinker.

The new hire will receive complete paid training on all our processes. After the new hire is familiar with the processes we expect him/her to work with minimal oversight and to speak up if he/she has ideas for improving workflow.

We don't want a wallflower, we want someone who will be an active part of the team.

Requirements:

* You are flexible and adaptable

Not required but highly desirable:

* Experience in writing headlines, especially viral headlines
* Experience with using Google Workspace for content creation
* Knowledgeable in US geography

Benefits:

* Competitive rates: Pay is $3.50 per hour. Pay is in USD.
* In addition to base pay, you can earn monthly performance-based bonuses of $100 and $400
* The 13th-month bonus is already included in the pay. So you get it quick and don't have to wait until the end of the year
* Consistent workload every day: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Flexible schedule between 9 AM to 10 PM from Mondays to Fridays)
