I’m the VP of Business Development at a fast-moving land and energy services company, and I need a BADASS Executive Assistant — someone who’s sharp, proactive, organized, and can juggle a wide range of admin and marketing tasks like a total Swiss Army knife.
You’ll be my right hand, managing my calendar, running outbound campaigns, keeping our CRM tight, reviewing marketing content, researching prospects — and making sure nothing falls through the cracks while I’m out closing deals.
If you’re tech-savvy, resourceful, and a great communicator with a get-it-done attitude — I want you on my team, but you must include your favorite disney movie in the subject line.
This is a part-time remote role (20 hrs/week), ideally for someone based in the Philippines.

Have top-notch English skills and communicate like a pro
Are obsessed with details, deadlines, and getting things right

A link to your resume
A 2-minute Loom or video telling me your superpower
Any examples of past work or tools you've used
And remember — include your favorite Disney movie in the subject line so I know you read this all the way through.
