Position: Cold Caller (Long-Term Opportunity with Career Growth)
We are seeking 20 motivated real estate cold callers to join our Acquisitions team. This role is more than just a job—it's a fantastic opportunity to build a lasting career with us!

Role Responsibilities:

Use the Batch Dialer to reach out to sellers about potential home sales.
Follow a straightforward, proven script to ensure consistency and success.

Requirements:

-- At least 6 months of experience in real estate outbound calling or cold calling
-- Full-time availability.
-- Fluent in both spoken and written English
--Able to make calls between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
-- A computer (laptop or desktop) with at least an Intel i3 processor or equivalent
-- High-speed internet (minimum 25MBPS) with a backup connection
-- A camera for daily meetings and check-ins
-- A wired noise-canceling headset (NO EARPHONES)
-- Ability to set at least 2 appointments per day

Compensation:

-- Hourly rate: $3/hour ($480/month USD)
-- Payments made through Wise or PayPal
