Long Term Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for an enthusiastic real estate cold callers to join our Acquisitions team. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to build a career with us!

Here's what we are looking for from our next partner:

- Minimum of 6 months of REAL ESTATE outbound calls or cold-calling experience.
- Experience with PODIO CRM.
- Full-time commitment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Availability to make calls between 9 AM to 5 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).
- A computer (laptop or desktop) with i3 specifications or higher.
- High-speed internet connection (at least 25MBPS) with a backup option.
- A wired noise-canceling headset (NO EARPHONES).
- Ability to set at least 2 appointments per day.
