Long Form Video Editor

Hi, I'm Luke. I've recently founded a video editing agency aimed at helping creators scale their output without burning themselves out and removing the hassle of trying to hire. I am looking for a team of 1-3 skilled video editors to join my team. Initially, employment will be a freelancer/gig work style however I am confident that we can scale and after 3-6 months of working together to deliver high-quality outputs to clients, we can turn this into a full-time position.

This position is specifically looking for a long-form editor with experience working with provided footage and delivering edits within a reasonable timeframe. Some clients could be delivering multiple hours of footage that needs to be brought down to a 30-60 minute edit with great pacing throughout and an engaging opening. All edits will have a brief provided.

Experience with both vlogs and talking head videos is required. Experience using Notion is preferred by not a requirement.
