Long Form Content Video Editor Needed

Hi, I'm looking for a long form video editor (individual, no agencies!) with the following experience:

1. Editing long-form videos (Youtube videos, Podcasts, etc)

2. Experience using Capcut or Premiere Pro/After Effects

3. Portfolio with previous work examples
