Position: Loan Processor VA
Hous: Full-time, U.S. EST Time (9am - 5pm EST Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $2100 - $2,400 USD/month (plus benefits, technology package, 13th month-pay included)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
United States-based mortgage loan processing company seeking a Full Loan Processor VA who will work remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Eastern Standard Time. The company is willing to invest in mentorship and also provide benefits, technology package, and 13th month pay.

ABOUT YOU:
Do you have perfect client English with no accent? Do you have extensive knowledge about the U.S. mortgage loan processing industry? We are seeking a Loan Processor VA to handle U.S. mortgage loans from initial approval through clear-to-close. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in U.S. mortgage loan processing, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze credit reports and financial documentation to determine borrower's creditworthiness
-Calculate income, assets, and liabilities to ensure compliance with lending guidelines
-Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process
-Ensure all loan files meet regulatory and compliance standards
-Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the loan approval process

REQUIREMENTS
-Perfect verbal and written English skills, near native speaker levels is preferred
-Must have strong U.S. mortgage broker experience (not banks or direct lenders)
-Strong background in Conventional, FHA, and VA Loans
-Experience using United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent interpersonal abilities
-At least 2 years of experience with mortgage loan processing
-Bachelor Degree or higher (Latin Honors and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
BONUS: You have experience with Non-QM Loans
