This role is crucial for optimizing our transportation operations by efficiently planning load assignments and negotiating rates with shippers or brokers by using load boards to find the loads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of reading maps. The shift available is from usa 8am to 1pm eastern time.
