Livestream Moderator

We are looking for a dedicated Livestream Moderator to oversee our livestreams and ensure that our streamers comply with both our internal Code of Conduct and the platform’s community guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking between live and recorded footage. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work well with a team to maintain high streaming standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor livestreams in real-time to ensure compliance with company policies and platform guidelines.
- Review past stream footage and cross-reference content against community standards.
- Take detailed notes and transcribe key parts of livestreams for accurate record-keeping.
- Generate and send daily reports summarizing streamer performance, including any potential violations.
- Work closely with other team members to determine which streams need immediate attention.
- Flag and escalate violations to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Provide feedback to streamers based on adherence to policies and best practices.
- Stay updated on platform-specific content policies (Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, Facebook, etc.) and communicate any changes that impact moderation.
- Contribute to internal discussions on improving moderation processes and enforcement strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation, livestreaming, or community management is needed.
- Strong listening, note-taking, and transcription skills.
- Ability to analyze and compare content against multiple sets of guidelines.
- High attention to detail and the ability to spot violations quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other moderators and management.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, Whatnot, YouTube Live, Kick, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using moderation tools on major streaming platforms.
- Prior work in streaming, esports, or online community management.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (for clipping violations or reports).
