Listing Manager Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Listing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the listings department, ensuring that properties are marketed effectively, and managing communication with brokers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in operations management, preferably with experience in real estate.

Desired Competencies and Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Experience in managing remote teams (preferred but not required).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the listings department to ensure properties are marketed promptly and effectively.
Communicate with brokers to resolve issues related to property details, such as verifying square footage.
• Delegate tasks to listing specialists and provide support to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with the closing department to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Maintain detailed records of property listings and interactions for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the listings process.
• Provide leadership and training to listing specialists to enhance their performance.
• Ensure listings are publicly accessible for collaboration and manage access issues as needed.
