Listing Agent for MTR and STRs

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Listings Agent to help manage and optimize our Mid-Term Rental (MTR) and Short-Term Rental (STR) listings across multiple online platforms. You will be responsible for keeping our listings up to date, improving visibility, managing rental agreements, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our online presence.

This role requires someone who understands OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, and Expedia and can ensure that all listings are accurate, competitive, and appealing to potential guests.

Experience with Cloudbeds and Airtable is a plus!

? Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize listings across Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, and VRBO
- Maintain pricing, availability, and rental agreements for MTRs & STRs
- Improve listing rankings through SEO, descriptions, and amenity updates
- Manage photos, descriptions, and updates in coordination with marketing
- Track and maintain listing data using Cloudbeds & Airtable
- Ensure OTA platform consistency and monitor market trends
- Work with the team to maximize bookings and occupancy rates


???? Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, and other OTAs (MTR & STR experience preferred).
- Strong writing skills – able to create engaging and professional descriptions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in rental agreements.
- Knowledge of pricing optimization and market research to stay competitive.
- Familiarity with property management systems (Cloudbeds, Guesty, or similar) is a plus.
- Able to work independently and proactively improve listings & processes.
