The Role: I'm seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage my LinkedIn network and conduct targeted candidate outreach. This position begins as a temporary engagement with potential for long-term continuation based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Organize and manage my LinkedIn inbox
*Identify promising candidates from high-growth tech and legacy companies using specific criteria
*Initiate and maintain professional outreach through LinkedIn DMs
*Schedule and track meetings directly to my calendar
*Maintain detailed records of all outreach, responses, and follow-ups
*Execute timely follow-up communications with potential candidates
