Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to help us expand our client base by identifying and engaging potential Amazon brand management clients. You’ll follow a set of detailed SOPs to find prospects, personalize outreach messages, and maintain accurate records of all activities. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, familiar with LinkedIn, and has experience in B2B outreach.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Targeted LinkedIn Outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and pre-defined keywords to identify and connect with potential Amazon brand management clients.
Follow SOPs for Outreach: Follow established SOPs to structure each outreach attempt, alternate messaging templates for A/B testing, and track responses.
Maintain Accurate Records: Log all outreach activities, engagement dates, and follow-up messages in the provided tracking spreadsheet.
Daily Status Checks: Review connection statuses daily, send follow-up messages, and update columns based on engagement progress.
Respond to Inquiries: Use provided FAQs and SOPs to respond to questions from prospects, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Analyze Engagement Results: Monitor outreach effectiveness and collaborate on adjustments to optimize outreach success.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience in B2B Outreach: Demonstrated success in using LinkedIn or similar platforms for B2B lead generation and outreach. Candidates should have a solid track record of connecting with decision-makers, crafting engaging messages, and managing responses effectively.
Strong Written and Spoken English: Excellent communication skills are essential for creating professional, clear outreach messages and responding to inquiries confidently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow SOPs precisely and maintain accurate records of all outreach activities.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently and consistently progressing in a remote, part-time role.
Basic Understanding of E-commerce or Amazon FBA is preferred but not required.
