Mercura specialises in LinkedIn Cold Outreach, helping businesses connect with their ideal customers through manual targeted outreach strategies. We use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build prospect lists and engage potential clients with the goal of scheduling calls for our customers. Our team is committed to providing long-term value to our clients, often working with them on 3 to 12-month contracts.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator, managing prospect lists, and tracking progress to ensure the success of our clients' campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator.
- Send 40 connection requests per day, per account, and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings.
- Build targeted prospect lists every Monday consisting of 160 potential leads.
- Track and report on campaign progress in a shared document to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Ben (the owner) and the rest of the Mercura team to continuously improve outreach strategies and tactics.
- Potentially assist with data mining tasks to enhance prospecting efforts.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with prospects effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Availability to work from 4pm to 12am midnight Philippines time.
- Experience in data mining is a plus.

Performance Bonus Scheme:
- 0-4 Meetings: No bonus.
- 5-9 Meetings: $5 per meeting.
- 10-14 Meetings: $10 per meeting.
- 15+ Meetings: $15 per meeting.
