Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Management: Collaborate with our content and copywriting teams to adapt and optimise content for LinkedIn, ensuring posts are engaging and aligned with our strategic goals. This includes selecting appropriate tags, hashtags, and other LinkedIn features to maximise reach and impact.
Engagement and Community Building: Actively engage with new and existing audiences by initiating conversations, tagging relevant individuals and organisations, and fostering meaningful interactions that drive brand awareness and community growth.
Trend Monitoring and Adaptation: Stay ahead of industry trends and LinkedIn platform updates, using insights to recommend new strategies and content formats that keep our brand relevant and engaging.
Performance Analysis: Regularly track and analyse LinkedIn metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to refine our content strategy and optimise engagement.
Collaborative Integration: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure LinkedIn initiatives align with broader marketing strategies, contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.
Profile Optimisation: Continuously review and optimise LinkedIn profiles to maximise visibility, reach, and impact across all our LinkedIn activities.
Responsive Communication: Manage inquiries and feedback on LinkedIn promptly and professionally, ensuring our community feels heard and valued.
Key Skills and Competencies:
LinkedIn Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s platform features, tools, and best practices, with at least 2 years of professional experience managing LinkedIn accounts for businesses or clients.
Content Optimisation: Ability to work with content and copywriting teams to turn content into engaging LinkedIn posts, utilising tags, hashtags, and other features to enhance visibility.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using LinkedIn metrics and analytics to drive performance improvements and inform content strategies.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, integrating LinkedIn efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
Proactive and Trend-Focused: A keen eye for spotting emerging trends on LinkedIn and the initiative to implement them in our strategies.
Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, creativity, and attention to detail.
Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing LinkedIn accounts for businesses or clients.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn’s platform features, tools, and best practices.
Content Optimisation: Experience in adapting and optimising content for LinkedIn to enhance engagement.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn metrics and analytics for performance tracking and improvement.
