Job Overview:
Prospecting Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LinkedIn Client Management Specialist to join our team. This non-client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a monitoring and support capacity, ensuring the smooth operation of our LinkedIn automation services for over 100 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activity across 100+ LinkedIn accounts to ensure smooth operation and compliance with LinkedIn's usage policies.
- Alert tea
- Keep track of search limits on each LinkedIn account to prevent service interruptions, alerting account managers when searches are nearing their limits.
- Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to account performance.
- Maintain detailed logs of account activities and issues, providing regular updates to the team to facilitate account management.
- Assist in the implementation of strategies to optimize account performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and monitoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and its operation, particularly in a business context.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with tea
- Experience in a similar role, managing backend operations or digital platforms, is highly desirable.
