Link Building & Outreach Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We are an AI-driven job application automation and resume builder platform looking to scale our SEO efforts and build high-quality backlinks to increase our organic traffic. We need a Link Building & Outreach Specialist who can secure authoritative backlinks, conduct strategic outreach, and improve our domain authority.

As a Link Building & Outreach Specialist, you will:
? Identify and secure high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and guest posting.
? Use Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Ubersuggest to analyze competitor backlinks and build an outreach strategy.
? Conduct email outreach to bloggers, influencers, and website owners for link placements.
? Submit content and expert quotes to Help A Reporter Out (HARO) for high-authority backlinks.
? Build and maintain relationships with relevant blogs, career websites, and industry influencers.
? Find and fix broken links on high-authority sites, replacing them with our content.
? Track and monitor backlink performance using Google Search Console & Ahrefs.
? Ensure all links follow Google’s best practices (no spammy or black-hat tactics).

???? Key Responsibilities
Acquire 50-100 high-quality backlinks per month from relevant and high DA sites.
Perform outreach email campaigns to secure guest post opportunities.
Monitor competitor backlink profiles and replicate high-value links.
Submit blog content to niche directories, job boards, and industry websites.
Optimize anchor text strategies to align with SEO goals.
Track backlink success and maintain an outreach database for link-building campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to develop link-worthy blog posts and landing pages.

Ideal Candidate
? 2+ years of experience in link building & SEO outreach.
? Proven track record of securing high-quality backlinks from legitimate sources.
? Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, or Majestic SEO.
? Strong email outreach & negotiation skills (able to pitch guest posts effectively).
? Knowledge of Google’s link-building guidelines and white-hat SEO practices.
? Excellent English writing & communication skills for outreach emails.
? Ability to track backlink success and maintain spreadsheets & reports.
? Experience with HARO (Help A Reporter Out) and PR link-building is a plus.
