Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, and Lead Nurturer. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and nurturing leads to support our sales team. Your primary goal will be to generate and maintain a steady stream of prospective clients who are interested in our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Fidelity Insurance products.
Identify potential leads through various sources and databases.
Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their insurance needs.
Overcome objections and provide relevant information to prospects.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our insurance agents.
Ensure that all appointments are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.
Lead Nurturing:
Develop and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-up calls and

Track and manage lead progress through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and feedback on lead quality.
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead nurturing.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Working Conditions
Hours:
8-12 hours per day, with a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones.
