Legal Intake Specialist - SSD and PI

Idiart Law Group is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with Personal Injury (PI) and Social Security Disability (SSD) cases. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, gathering essential information, and signing clients up with our firm. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to those in need. Familiarity with legal processes related to SSD and PI is a plus, but not required, and bilingual Spanish skills would be a great asset.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in their ability to actively listen and show compassion for others. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and prior experience in intake, customer service, or sales are preferred.
