Legal Assistant / Paralegal / Case Consultant (California Family Law)

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant / Paralegal / Case Consultant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in California family law. This is a part-time, remote position requiring someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing legal tasks with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong knowledge and background in California family law

- Ability to identify what forms/documents to file, what actions are needed in a case, and provide guidance on next steps

- Familiarity with case management and court filing processes in California

- Experience using OneLegal and Clio Manage (required)

Job Details:

Work Type: Part-time (10–20 hours per week)

Rate: $5/hour (or ?280/hour)

Location: Remote / Work from Home
