Carrier Partnership Success Specialist

We are rapidly growing! We seek a talented and motivated Carrier Partnership Success Specialist to join our team. You will be key in developing and managing our carrier partnership system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with carriers to define and implement partnership solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and manage processes for onboarding new carriers, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze system data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Handle carrier disputes and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying system enhancements and process optimization opportunities.

• Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in carrier management, logistics, or supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using different logistics software tools and applications.
- Experience working overnight shifts (required).
- Reliable internet access, including a backup option (e.g., prepaid Wi-Fi/Data) (required).
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
