Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing and Database Management:
Proactively search for influencers across platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and add them to the database.
Qualify leads based on specific metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower count, and relevance).
Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database, ensuring data accuracy.
CRM Implementation and Optimization:
Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to select, implement, and configure a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,
Build and refine workflows within the CRM to streamline lead tracking, segmentation, and outreach processes.
Regularly update and optimize the CRM to support team needs and business goals.
Lead Management and Outreach Support:
Segment leads into actionable categories (e.g., hot, warm, cold) for targeted outreach.
Track all contact attempts and responses, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear documentation.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to sourcing strategies.
Process Design and Reporting:
Develop scalable processes for lead qualification, outreach tracking, and reporting.
Provide weekly updates on lead pipeline progress and CRM performance.
Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in sourcing leads and managing databases.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,
Familiarity with engagement metrics and social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for outreach and collaboration.
A positive, self-motivated attitude suited to a fast-paced, bootstrap environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CRM implementation and process design.
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and tools.
