What You'll Actually Do:
-Jump on calls with property owners (these are people who WANT to sell)
-Figure out if deals make sense by running comps and checking county restrictions
-Make sure sellers aren't wasting our time
-Use Follow Up Boss like a pro
-Triple dial leads because that's how we roll
-Actually track your KPIs (this isn't optional)

You Need To Be:
-Someone who can talk to people and be friendly
-Smart enough to learn our systems
-Organized as hell
-Ready to move FAST
-Not afraid of spreadsheets

The Process: I'm going to be real - we're going to put you through the wringer. You'll do mock calls, role-play objection handling, and prove you can comp properties. Why? Because whoever gets this role is going to help us scale to 7-figures.

Daily KPIs You'll Be Accountable For:
-Connect on the phone with 80% of your leads (target: 8 conversations per day)
-Qualify 25-30% of leads worked (target: 2-3 qualified leads per day)
-Book appointments with 90% of qualified leads (target: 2-3 appointments per day)
-Get offers out to 80% of qualified leads (target: 2 offers per day)
-Convert 60% of qualified leads to contracts (target: 1-2 contracts per day)
-We track these numbers religiously and will help you hit them through training and coaching. But make no mistake - you need to be ready to own these metrics from day one.
