About The Role

As a Lead Magnet Creator, you’ll play a critical role in driving lead generation for 11 Agency. You’ll be responsible for researching, designing, and delivering lead magnets that showcase our expertise and attract potential clients. From interactive tools and resources to visually stunning guides and templates, your work will represent the value we bring to the ecommerce community.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and deliver a high-quality lead magnet each week (e.g., eBooks, guides, checklists, case studies, templates).
Use tools like Figma to create visually appealing and brand-aligned designs.
- Structure and compile engaging content in platforms like Figma, Google Sheets, or Gamma to deliver polished, professional resources.
- Work with the marketing team to align lead magnets with our broader lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Analyze audience needs to create resources that resonate with potential clients and position us as thought leaders in the ecommerce space.
- Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and craft fresh, high-value lead magnets.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating lead magnets or similar marketing assets.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Google Sheets, and Gamma (or other design and content platforms).
- Excellent design skills, with the ability to create professional, visually compelling resources.
- Strong writing and organizational skills to structure information effectively.
