We are seeking a motivated Lead Generator and Social Media Manager to support our mortgage and insurance brokerage business, specializing in assisting first home buyers and refinance clients. This dual-role position will be responsible for generating quality leads through strategic digital marketing efforts and managing social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified mortgage and insurance leads through targeted digital campaigns, email marketing, and online networking.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to attract potential clients and build brand awareness.
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Optimize social media profiles and content to improve search visibility and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., leads, engagement rates, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to achieve lead generation goals.
Collaborate with the sales and advisory team to ensure seamless client follow-up and lead management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and social media management.
Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
Proficient in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
