Job Description:
Plenty RX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Acquisition Specialist/Sales Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to various pharmacies and medical facilities and lead them to sign up with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers at pharmacies and medical facilities.
Collect and record specific information, including names and email addresses of buyers.
Maintain a detailed log of calls and interactions.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from calls to the management team.
Achieve set targets and goals of opened accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proficient English Speaking Skills

Good command of spoken and written English is a must, as you will be discussing sensitive and technical topics related to medications.

- Sales Hunter Mentality & Outbound Calling Expertise
Proven experience in sales, particularly outbound calling, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

A fearless approach to prospecting, cold calling, and opening new accounts.

A money-motivated mindset, with the ability to turn opportunities into revenue.

- Outstanding Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written skills, with the confidence to engage, persuade, and close deals.
