Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for Dental Clinics

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help one of our dental clinic clients connect with potential patients. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy talking to people, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the go-to person for managing and following up on leads.
• Handle leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Call, message, and follow up with leads to make sure they book or confirm their appointments.
• Keep track of leads, update records, and ensure no one falls through the cracks.

Work Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays
5 hours per day

Sample Daily Hours (AWST):

• Morning: 2 hours
• Midday: 2 hours
• Afternoon: 1 hour

Total: 5 hours per day

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone comfortable making calls and following up with leads.
• A good communicator who can engage with people professionally and warmly.
• Organised and detail-oriented—able to track leads and keep things running smoothly.
• Familiarity and proficiency with GHL (GoHighLevel) as this will be the main platform used.
• Previous experience working in a BPO is a plus.
• Has proper equipment (microphone/headset) for clear, professional-sounding calls.
• Reliable and consistent with work hours.
