Lead Generation VA (Social Media) for Influencer Management

The Job:
- It will be your main responsibility to find potential leads on social media whom our sales team can pitch our services. (Perhaps, you can do the outreach yourself).
Therefore you will work with google sheets and find patterns what good quality leads are and what are bad ones.


Requirements:
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit
- endurance
- using google sheets with structure
- your own ideas on how to how to get leads
- able to follow a plan and not getting distracted by offtopics while doing research
- able to work creatively
- a good phone and stable wifi

Conditions:
- Starting 4h per day, 6-7 days a week / with success this can become a fulltime job.
The time you work is flexible, as long as you work responsibly.
- $2/h starting salary up to 6-digits PHP monthly.
Starting salary is negotiable with proven expertise and first result.

To make this job more attractive, we pay generous bonuses on the first successful profitable month with clients you found.
The bonuses have no limit and can go up to some thousand dollars per month.
In the future, it would also be possible to pay you a percentage of the partnership with closed clients, once you've proven your performance.
